Our first and only challege so far, has been the online travel experience.
The travel industry was revolutionized and shocked by the internet, the winners were the Online Travel Agencies (OTA's). Making booking air, hotels and car rentals quicker and transparent was a fast success. As a result many agencies had to shut their doors because of their inability to adapt to a new environment where simply charging fees for making simple bookings, became obsolete.
However, in the race to booking efficiency, the art of planning, expert knowledge and personalized service, was not replaced by machines.
Now 15 years later, travelers are evolving with a demand for exceptional and personalized experiences. Being tech savvy, these travelers know the limitations of online bookings and realize the value of real people. Combining the power of technology with the magic of the human touch is quickly becoming the perfect mix for a successful personal travel experience. This is where Planit Easy comes into play.
Planit Easy is personal travel universe, where travelers have all of their travel needs in ONE centralized location.
Travelers can plan a trip using simple planning features; they can book directly from suppliers; they can share their plans with friends, family; AND request the expertise and personal touch from qualified consultants and experts, all in the same place. Allowing travelers to receive the best of technology and the human touch in ONe easy-to-use place is taking the art of personalized travel to a new level where consumers play a central role in creating the special moments that they will change their lives forever.
What We Do
We identify industry wide problems that we believe can be improved by combining technology with human interaction. Technology has improved the way we do a lot things but the human touch has gone missing from many of these experiences that are now online. Therefore we see a need in re-introducing real people to the online experience. We identify suitable places and build solutions that improve the consumer experience, builds a more diverse and independent eco-system, and supports the human touch, without affecting simplicity and efficiency.
Our Goal
The online technology revolution has created great opportunities for small business and entrepreneurs. However the cost of developing great technology solutions make it difficult for small players to compete with big business. Small business are the backbone of innovation, and innovation leads to better products, services and consumer experience.
